  8.    1. Fill in your "Registration Name".  This is the name which will
  9.       appear in the About Box after you finish the registration
  10.  
  11.  process.
  12.    2. Fill in the address you want the registration code to be sent to.
  13.       If you'd rather have me e-mail you the registration code, please
  14.       specify so.

  17.    3. Double check that the program's serial number, typed below, is
  18.       indeed the number in LogoMation's About Box.

  21.    4. Fill in the information about your Mac system (optional).

  24.    5. If you like, add some more information about the environment in
  25.       which LogoMation is used, what you think about LogoMation, what
  26.       problems you have with it (if any) and what additions you would
  27.       like to see in future versions.
